DeMarcus Lawrence explains where he got his sense of style for Super Bowl LX

Updated: 2 days ago

Football and fashion are intertwined more than ever. In the 2025 NFL season, DeMarcus Lawrence was a player who stood out with his effortless sense of style. He made the Drip Check twice, in Week 9 and Week 12, with preppy outfits that were perfectly proportioned.

The Seattle Seahawks defender made a major statement for Super Bowl LX, showing up to the big game in an all-black look crafted by Tom Marchitelli of Gentleman's Playbook. The outfit featured a black turtleneck and trousers with the statement piece being a sharp black leather jacket. Marchitelli stitched the Super Bowl LX logo inside the jacket for a fun surprise.

At Opening Night of the Super Bowl LX festivities on Monday, Kick The Concrete asked "Tank," who was wearing a dangly tank earring, how he developed his sense of style. The Boise State alum smiled widely as he gave credit to his wife, Sasha, for helping him look good, feel good, play good.

"I ain't got no swag like that," he laughed. "Shoot, sometimes when they say when you get a wife, you find a good thing, that is so true because a lot of us men ain't got no swag. But it's hard for us to admit it. And to have somebody in my corner that's gonna say, 'Nah, that ain't you. That don't look good on you,' is definitely a help."
