The 2025 NFL season is underway!
The season kicked off on Thursday when the Philadelphia Eagles began the defense of their Super Bowl championship by beating their rival, the Dallas Cowboys.
Then the league traveled to Brazil where the Kansas City Chiefs, the reigning AFC Champions, lost to the Los Angeles Chargers.
There were thrills across the rest of the league — the Buffalo Bills' comeback victory over the Baltimore Ravens and it's only Week 1!
Many players made their presence known even before touching the field. Statement bags from Tyrod Taylor and Quan Martin as well as statement jewelry from Carl Granderson made lots of noise as the players expressed excitement to get back to work.
Here's the NFL Week 1 Drip Check:
Donte Jackson
Donte Jackson is being talked about for all the wrong reasons because of the hit he took from Patrick Mahomes in his debut game as cornerback for the Los Angeles Chargers. But we want to talk about him for the fashion hit that he was when he arrived at the game. His pearl cardigan is from N'oublie Pas. A Fleetwood Mac T-shirt and Louboutin cowhide Derbies called Our Pabelito made for a well-rounded look.

Ray-Ray McCloud III
Ray-Ray McCloud III dressed to impress and we expected nothing less. The Atlanta Falcons receiver combined Chanel and Margiela for a really slick preppy look that was made up of black loafers and dress shorts with a white dress shirt and vest. The pearl tie is incredible.

Mason Taylor
Mason Taylor not only caught his first NFL reception this weekend, he caught the attention of fans in his first NFL fit. The New York Jets rookie tight end looked clean in a white T-shirt from Nike bridging the generations with its "Just Do It" slogan. He paired it with winter camo pants and fresh Air Force 1 sneakers.

Carl Granderson
Carl Granderson had another great season opener look. This year, the New Orleans Saints defensive end was ready for work in a denim jumper. But don't be fooled by its simplicity. If you look closely at his neck, he's rocking a glitzy "Shh" pendant by Sol the Jeweler. Real Gs move in silence like lasagna.

Quan Martin
Quan Martin was too cool in a neutral look. The Washington Commanders defensive back looked comfy in this taupe sweater and brown joggers. But his duffel is nothing normal. It is from the Dior x Cactus Jack collaboration and there was only 47 bags ever made!

Tyrod Taylor
The ever-fashionable Tyrod Taylor had a similar neutral look with a statement bag. He went with more of a luxe direction. His friend and stylist Dex Robinson put him in a cream Dior cardigan with khaki Fear of God trousers. The Bottega Veneta accessories were elite, especially the green clutch featuring the brand's signature woven pattern.

Adonai Mitchell
Adonai Mitchell was easy to spot in these stripes. This shirt and shorts set is from Desigual and the stripes going different directions make the look extra interesting. Topping it off with burgundy Wales Bonner x adidas Sambas is perfect.

Hollywood Brown
Hollywood Brown was effortless in this preppy look for the Kansas City Chiefs' game in Brazil. The Givenchy T-shirt fits him nicely and the plaid trousers are the perfect length and cut. The layered chains add just enough drip.

Josh Jacobs
Josh Jacobs was just the right amount of edgy in this look in his second season with the Green Bay Packers. Styled by Haylo put the running back in a black mesh shirt from Chrome Hearts and red camouflage shorts.

Alontae Taylor
Alontae Taylor looked like he could have been part of the same skate crew when he repped local New Orleans designer USA Loren. The brand tailored this cool layered look exclusively for him. The patches on the pants add dimension and the longsleeve T-shirt underneath says "Keep Faith in Him," which is a great inspirational message.

Benjamin St-Juste
While he is new to the Los Angeles Chargers, Benjamin St-Juste is not new to being a spotlight for fashion. He is always polished and he’s on point here in his Brazil-inspired fit for a game in São Paulo. The look is bolstered by a yellow Rhude jersey in the colors of the country's flag. It might be literal, but it's very well executed nonetheless.
